Whilst experimenting on Z-brush, attempting to make a shield for my knight I came up with the Idea of having the shield in the shape of a leaf. My first character idea being an Ent as to me trees personify patience. I choose to design the shield of the leaf of an oak tree. As they are famous for living up to hundreds of years old. I really like the first design, in the second I was attempting to add the veins of the leaf but I don't think it worked to well. Well it made the shield look less like a leaf.
